A fintech onboarding flow was losing two-thirds of signups before account activation. I led the redesign that got most of that back.

Four product teams had each quietly built their own version of a button. I built the system that made that stop happening.

A checkout that stopped losing carts

Fernbridge's marketplace checkout had a 22-step path to purchase. I redesigned it down to five and conversion followed.
