A little more about me
I'm a product designer who's spent the last eight years making complicated flows — fintech onboarding, marketplace checkout, internal tools — feel obvious in hindsight.
Most of my work starts with a funnel chart nobody wants to look at. I like the unglamorous parts: reading support tickets, watching session recordings, arguing about the third word in a button label.
Outside of work I run slow, badly, and I'm always three chapters behind in whatever book club I've joined that month.
